It is utterly disgusting how India’s continued heavy handed tactics along with its support of terrorism on Sri Lanka shores is tolerated by certain segments. The clear message to Mukherjee must be make just compensation and not by illegally acquisition and/or use of further sovereign assets of Sri Lanka. If it comes to notice that certain politicians on both sides of the strait are heavily vested in ILOC and as such are turning a blind eye to these moves then they too must be censured.
Today, we say no to Bhopal and ask for the draft of just and adequate compensation. Just as we know the canards of these geritrics regarding leases of maritime equipment, we will also be paying close attention tyo those dealings of refitting a vessel at the cost of the lesee when there is no agreement as for duration and benefit to the sovereign nation. There will be certain contracts that will be directed specifically to domestic players as it relates to bunkering on a government to government level (especially those of a DOD nature) that will guarantee that foreign funds will not flow to ILOC.
